We want your QUEEN knee pads to bring you joy for as long as possible and provide reliable protection for your knees, while making their care as simple as possible.
Before creating this guide, we washed over 100 pairs of knee pads, testing various washing and drying methods. Now, we’re ready to share some useful and practical recommendations on how to properly care for your knee pads to preserve their qualities. And we’ll also let you know what kind of “care” can damage your knee pads and spoil your mood.
How to Wash QUEEN Knee Pads
Machine Washing
Place the knee pads directly into the washing machine drum without removing the pads.

Fill the washing machine drum with other items of matching colors (dark, colored, white).

3. Use mild laundry detergents. If necessary, a chlorine-free stain remover is acceptable.

4. Select the “Delicate Wash” cycle, or if setting manually, choose a temperature no higher than 30°C and a spin speed of no more than 600 RPM.

5. Immediately after the wash cycle is complete, remove the knee pads from the machine, straighten them out, and hang them to dry like any other clothing.

Hand Washing QUEEN Knee Pads
- Fill a basin with warm water and dissolve a mild detergent in it. If needed, use a chlorine-free stain remover.

The water temperature should be such that you can easily submerge your hands in it.
- Leave the knee pads in soapy water for 5-10 minutes.

- Gently squeeze the knee pads with slow motions for 3-5 minutes.

- Replace the water in the basin and thoroughly rinse the knee pads.

You can also rinse them under running water.
- After rinsing, gently squeeze the knee pads, straighten them, and hang them to dry like any other clothing.

We recommend washing the knee pads after every 3-4 uses.
Washing QUEEN Knee Pads with Heavy Stains
We’ve made sure to design reliable knee pads that won’t be damaged by daily washing. Therefore, you can decide how often to wash them—whether after every workout or when you feel they’ve lost their freshness.
We understand that knee pads are your loyal “battle buddies” and sometimes take a beating. After some intense training sessions, delicate washing might not be enough to deal with heavy stains.
For such cases, we’ve prepared specific instructions for washing heavily stained knee pads.
- Remove the pads from the knee pads, as they do not need washing.
- Apply a chlorine-free stain remover to the stained areas and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Place the knee pads into the washing machine and select a wash cycle with a temperature between 40-60°C.
- You can dry the knee pads without the pads in any convenient way—using a dryer, on a radiator/heater, or by hanging them to air dry.
Mistakes to Avoid When Caring for QUEEN Knee Pads
This is Anna. Anna didn’t finish reading this guide.
Remember, to avoid ruining your knee pads like Anna did, here are things you should never do:

Drying the Knee Pads with Removable Pads in a Dryer or Using Other Heat Sources (radiators, heaters, hairdryers, etc.) is Not Allowed.
Why? High temperatures can damage the structure of the protective pads, causing them to lose density and potentially change shape.
Wash Only with Similar Colors.
Why? To prevent color transfer from one item to another.
Avoid Harsh Detergents and Chlorine-Based Products.
Why? These can damage the color, making it fade or become uneven.
Do Not Iron.
Why? First, the material doesn’t require ironing as the knee pads will straighten out during drying or during your next workout. Second, as mentioned earlier, high temperatures ruin the quality of the protective pads, and ironing can also cause the material to lose its elasticity.
Now you know all the tips and secrets for taking care of your beloved QUEEN knee pads.
We wish you awesome and comfortable training sessions.
With love, the QUEEN team.
