    I’m size 16-18 and trying to find knee pads that fit was ridiculously hard until I found Queen polewear. These fit like a dream and are so gorgeous- you can tell the fabric and the construction were built to last. I haven’t tested how grippy they are on a pole, but they feel promising. Being able to replace the knee pads and swap them for thinner or thicker sizes is also a really lovely user-friendly touch, will extend both the lifetime of the kneepads but also means I can adjust as needed! Can’t wait to get some in a different colour.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size table above and the “How to measure” tip next to it. Between two sizes — message us your measurement on Instagram and we’ll help.

Will they stay up during floorwork?

Yes, when the size is right: the anatomical cut and adaptive knee cap keep them in place.

Do they stick to the floor?

No. The GRIP coating holds the pole; the pads glide on the floor for knee slides and spins.

Can I replace the pads?

Yes. The pads are changeable, and spare pads are sold separately.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash at 30 °C.
